Mrs. Dea Graves

My name is Dea Denton Graves and I was born in Mullins, S.C. I went to school in Mullins and then to Limestone College in Gaffney, S.C. I majored in education and upon graduation came back home and got a job in Mullins School District 2 where I taught for 33 years. My husband is Oliver C.(Buddy) Graves and we have been married for 37 years . We have 2 children. My son, Denton, is a coach and teacher in Johnsonville. He and his wife, Stephanie, also live in Mullins, but are planning to move to Johnsonville in the future. My daughter, Marti, is at North Myrtle Beach Primary and plans to get her Masters in special needs.

I am new to Dillon Christian School, but I have been welcomed with open arms, so I feel very comfortable with sharing my belief in Jesus Christ as my Savior. My belief is that “Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and your plans will succeed.”Proverbs 16:3

I very much want to be successful here at Dillon Christian. In order to accomplish this, school rules need to be listed and reviewed often.

•  Listen and follow directions.

•  Raise your hand for permission to speak.

•  Stay in your seat.

•  Keep hands, feet, and objects to yourself.

•  Show respect to others.
